Hi everyone!
I am starting my blog with a very meaningful picture which embodies the dire situation our world is experiencing due to climate change because of human irresponsibility and our disregard to the planet. It also represents perfectly my view of the current environmental imbalance. We,as residents on this planet, must work hard to protect our environment and fight anyone who tries to pollute or to destroy it to save our future and to make our planet green ang healthy for us and for the future generations.
Concerning colonization, it has, for sure, left remarkable and disastrous results on the ecological system. Because of the colonists indifference, the exploited areas has lost all their beauty and freshness. The excessive and uncontrolled exploitation of natural resource has led to the destruction of several ecosystems as forests and the depletion of resources and energies. However, nowadays, many local and international organizations are giving their attention to the harmful situation of the planet through organizing conferences, raising awareness of the importance of the need to preserve the environment and trying to reconcile industrial progress with environmental balance in order to live in a developed healthy world. They are also a lot of ecologists who are trying hard to achieve sustainable development and to collect people, adults and youth, from all over the world to collaborate, communicate and work together for the planet's future.
Personally, I am acting to make a change in the world and to contribute in the sustainable development by using public transport and bikes, conserving water, reducing energy consumption, choosing sustainable products and Recycling paper, plastic, metals and organic materials to make my environment cleaner and healthier. There are all simple tips, but they can make a big difference.

Hi Nada,
Thank you for drawing attention to the work that is being done to preserve the environment. So often conversations around climate change revolve around state action -- which is certainly a central aspect of it -- but there are many organizations, communities and individuals who continue to push back against the effects of colonization and environmental degradation. Are you aware of some of those organizations in your region? What are they doing to protect the environment? How could you support their work?
I find this image so expressive, and your words so true, i can only agree!
Thank you ! I'm glad you liked it.
