What is your vision for a sustainable world?
My vision for a sustainable world is a world that is environmentally friendly.
- For example, vehicles would be run on electricity, rather than gas. This would help prevent the burning of fossil fuels, which is bad for the environment. If we continue to use up all our fossil fuels, we will soon have no more means of energy.
- Also, a world that is environmentally friendly would have healthy food, such as food which do not contain GMO or any bioengineered products.
- Equally important, a sustainable world would be mindful of garbage. For instance, people would care more about recycling recyclables over putting in the garbage.
- Finally, an eco-friendly world would have no cigarettes. Smoking is very detrimental; to us and the atmosphere. Without smoking, the pollution in the world can decrease.
In conclusion, having an environmentally friendly world would ensure that Earth and all the living things on Earth are healthy and at peace.
What are you planning to do to make this vision a reality?
To make this vision a reality, I will work to prevent smoking, one of the most dangerous types of air pollution for health. Stopping smoking is especially important because smoking is bad for many reasons other than the smoker's health- Smoking is also severe for the living things around the smoker (People, animals), the atmosphere, and also bodies of water (oceans, lakes, rivers).
What impact has colonization had on our journey to a sustainable planet?
Colonization has impacted our journey to a sustainable planet because overtime, the human population grows. As a result, there are too many people and not enough resources (food, water). Because of this, there could be shortages of resources in the future.

You had a lot to say about your idea for a Sustainable world! I really believe that all of those can be developed if we start by producing our own energy without burning fossil fuels. If all the world's energy is for example Solar energy or Wind energy, we can have 100% electric cars. After that we can process our food without any type of chemical. And so on!
Something i'll have to disagree with is the part were you mention the lack of food. Various studies have shown that we produce more than food to sustain the planet. The problem is the distribution and the economy of the area. A lot people hardly make 2 dollars of heavy work in one day. With that they can barely eat. Economy is the mayor problem in this area.
Here I leave some links if you want to read some more about this problem:

William,
I like how you added clear and coherent details to your responses. However, I wonder if you could add more to the last question so that the reader can get a better idea of the content.
