1.How does your footprint reflect the economy of your country, including its colonial relations?
-My footprint is reflected in the exports of items that are needed for other countries, either legal or illegal products.. There legal export products as minerals which are needed by other countries; but there is also illegal products as drugs. In both cases the people producing them don't worry about the damage they can cause to the environment when trying to to be able to obtain their profits.
2.How are the effects of climate change related with power imbalances among countries or within countries?
-The relationship among countries is when there is a country who has the money and the needs but they don't have the resources, so in order to obtain the resources they offer other countries financial aids or money to so that the country with resources can extract them. For example rich countries want good timber and the countries with trees cut them for the money but they don't take in account they are deforesting thousands of hectares of forest , which can no longer absorb CO2, producing the increase of greenhouse gases with all the economical, social and environmental consequences that will affect the world.
