How does your footprint reflect the economy of your country, including its colonial relations?

My footprint reflects the economy of my country including its colonial relations by how much water and food is eaten in the country. My footprint is a small percentage of my country's larger footprint. The US territories add to the amount of global emission released to the world. Making those territories more technological will increase the total global emissions but reduce my percentage within my country.

How are the effects of climate change related with power imbalances among countries or within countries?

Effects of climate change relate with power imbalance among countries or within countries by the amount of money and production in a country. The bigger countries like the US and China produce more emissions than Kenya or Madagascar. Also countries like North Korea and Iran that produce a lot of nuclear weapons and energy are contributing more to climate change than other countries.
