United States: 1a My Profile Vision

Environment   Jul 21, 2017 by marstonlufkin
  • A) What is your vision for a sustainable world?

My vision for a sustainable world is full of collaboration and peace. Through a world with no harm, life would be able to carry on with love. Love to nurture all, and a helpful hand to anything and everything. A world with these characteristics would hold sustainable flora and fauna life all around. Which means animals are free and not pressured or harmed. And plants are not hurt or pushed on by harmful chemicals. There will be no transportation or machines that use harmful gases, there will be solar powered, windmill powered, and clean energy powered things. We will eat food like plants that haven’t been treated with harmful chemicals. We would share our things to help clutter. To continue to plant and exceed in clean energy innovations. We would all be in peace and harmony!

  • B) What are you planning to do to make this vision a reality?

My vision for a sustainable world is inevitably far off. But when you realize the true facts and the real problem, you can understand how much we should work for it. To make these hopes and dreams reality we would be leaders to start change and not put this impending issue off. We will be collaborative and work together to solve problems including ones that are harmful. We will have our ideas be heard all around the world and have people respect them.

  • C) What impact has colonization had on our journey to a sustainable planet?

As our world starts to heavily colonize our planet, there our more needs for people there. So, there are more needs from the resources there. A lot of the time, those resources are very crucial to the environment and may be used for bad use. It would start to affect nearby places, and then beyond. And when this is happening all over the planet, it comes together and makes a whole mess of climate change.

I found the image that you chose very interesting, because it would be a very good model for people today to start to mirror and put into practice in their home, so they would start to value and respect more and more the fauna and flora around us and far from us, as you said in your text.

Marston,

When you answered B, I like how you talked a lot about what everyone could do together to make your vision a reality. Maybe you could also talk a little bit about what you could do on an individual basis.
