Developed countries have committed to jointly mobilizing $100 billion per year by 2020 to address the climate-related needs of developing countries and to continue that level of support through 2025.
One of the things I would do for actions / goals that addresses water, indigenous peoples and non-indigenous people would be to contribute just as the 7 countries are doing. And try to mobilize other people who contribute as well.

I agree with you, the money is very important. No country can do without it, especially developing countries.
Do you mind telling us the names of those 7 countries and what each of them is doing to address the water related challenges?
What other areas do you think should be taken into account?
