Slovenia: Climate Change is Our Shared Problem

What are the most relevant actions/targets proposed in SDG#13

We thik that the most important action propoed in SDG#13 is the third action, which talks about developed countries helping devloping countries minimize the causes for climate change. Developing countries already have problems establishing a good infrastructure, helthcare, school system etc. so they can't afford to pay much atention on how much poluting their industry is. Based on the deloping countries' GDP per capita we assume they already have a well sattled economy and we think that it wouldn't do them much harm if they helped developing countries, becuse it would help them too. Climate change in one country ins't only the result of this countrys polution. Let's look at the Scandinavan countries. They look out for the evnironment a lot, but they still have problems with acid rain because of the cuntres that surround them.

What other areas do you think should be taken into account

There should be a bigger focus on the difference between renewable an non-renewable sources of energy and what difference does the use of renewableenergy sources make.

What elements would you incorporate if you had to build and action/target that addressed water, Indigenous peoples, and non-indigenous people

Oil spill, acid rain, urban runoff, emission of Greenhouse gasses, global warming, overpopulation, waste disposal, ocean acidification
