How is this representation of climate change similar to the other things you’ve read/viewed? How is different?

The representation of climate change is similar to other things that I have read/viewed because the video talks about how climate change is partly caused by forests being destroyed as well as how climate change happens.  The video is different because it goes into depth about how carbon affects climate change.

Where do you see the influence of Indigenous peoples in this video? Where is it missing?

The places I see the influence of Indigenous peoples in the video are that they have a say in REDD+.  I saw that their say was missing in the past where their opinion was disregarded.

What solutions to climate change does this video propose?

Some solutions to climate change that this video proposes are to stop destroying forests or to limit the amount of carbon industrialized countries produce.

Do you agree with the representation of Indigenous peoples and climate change action in the video? Why or why not?

I agree with the representation of Indigenous peoples and climate change action in the video because I think that the way the video showed how Indigenous people were affects was correct and I agree with the way that the video proposes to stop climate change.

What are the opportunities and challenges in taking seriously Indigenous perspectives of climate change? Consider factors that facilitate or hinder ethical responses to climate change, including social and economic inequities, political dynamics, marginalization, discrimination, state, military/police power, etc.

The challenges involved in taking Indigenous perspectives about climate change seriously are that the government sometimes want to kick Indigenous people off their land for the governments own needs.  Also, most people in the government don't normally socialize with the Indigenous people and so they might not know the Indigenous people well and therefore not want to take them seriously.
