In fact, everything that was said and seen in this video was what I had to study to be doing this project. Knowledge is the basis of everything, without it we are nothing. About the differences can be said that there were few, as the little participation that the Indians had in relation to the protection of the forests.

The indigenous peoples have a great participation in relation to the protection of our planet. It is they who live and know how important it is to protect our ecosystem, since everything they consume and use in their lives comes from the forest. They are also struggling for the rights of the forests, for they are much exploited because there are thousands of utilities for the men of the city. I believe that indigenous people still have little participation in decision-making related to nature, and that they are the best people to hear, since it is they who know how to take care of the environment.

The solutions are very simple as reducing the emission of carbon dioxide from the industries around the world and also stop the deforestation of forests because they are the ones that absorb this gas and improve the quality of the air on our planet.

I agree on some things. The indigenous people, as I have said before, are the best people to talk about in relation to nature and how to prevent it from becoming a chaos, but still these peoples do not have total autonomy in the dictates of governments and their laws, I believe that for all this in the video to happen it is necessary that the indigenous peoples have their autonomies and their rights stronger than ever.

Opportunities can happen in a very easy way, since with the liberation of the lands that the indigenous inhabit the people of outside can help to protect, because often these people do not release the entrance of strangers, like people of the city, etc. Simply because they think it's a threat to strangers come into their land, but sometimes it may just be an opportunity to help each other. On the part of the challenge, it can be considered that the Indians have a strong connection with nature, so it may happen that they claim that nature told them something, which would be considered crazy for outsiders, so this could be the challenge, to believe in the things they say, since we do not know how it works.

Hi Pedro,

This is an excellent post! You have addressed all of the questions and clearly stated your thinking and used specific examples. It seems like you have a strong understanding of the issues and considered the opportunities and challenges. I appreciated what you said, "Knowledge is the basis of everything, without it we are nothing." This seems to be especially true when there are such different opinions about a topic such as climate change. Well done!
