A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
A = What is your vision for a sustainable future?
My vision of a sustainable future is to see more green areas with fauna and flora. I would also like to see a planet with more opportunities for protect the environment accompanied by a change of thought in people, who are really interested in the welfare of the planet.
When I refer to a change of thought in people, I mean a change in attitudes regarding how they view the environment, practice values learned at home and at school to protect and preserve our planet.
B = What are you planning to do make this vision a reality?
My plan to fulfill my visions of a sustainable planet is to influence people to which I have contact, around my age and also adults, so that we can put our goals into action as soon as possible. For me, education is a priority, to educate children from the youngest to adults so that in the future they can act in a friendly and more considerate way with the planet and more aware of the consequences of the actions they carry out.
C = What impact has colonization had on our journey to a sustainable planet?
The colonization influenced negatively both in the enviroment as well as in the way of thinking , we can give an an example with the incas. They protected their lands and took care of them, as a form to honor their gods, but when the spaniards came to extract mineral resouces of the incas lands without caring the damage they did, the incas loose their mistic sense of their actions , their culture was damaged and the spaniards imposed the spanish culture.

You are absolutely right! Education is the clue to making this world sustainable. I also believe starting by helping our own community is the perfect way to start making our vision of a sustainable world a reality, but before encouraging our community it's also important to educate ourselves so in that way we can start by making a change of our own.
