Hello Everyone,
My name is Allison, and I am from Calgary, Canada. I currently live in Shanghai, China and I am a teacher at the Western International School of Shanghai, where I teach Grade One. I lived in Canada until I finished two degrees, a Bachelor of Arts (History) and a Bachelor of Education (Elementary Education). I am currently working towards a Masters of Education. I have travelled to 62 countries and lived in a few different places as well. I enjoy experiencing new cultures, being outside and appreciating the many different natural environments around the world. Travelling and living in Shanghai has given me a new perspective on some of the environmental problems that many large cities face and I hope that these challenges can be solved through innovative ideas. I hope to be able to share my knowledge and experiences, as well as, find out more about these important concepts through being a mentor. I look forward to working together!
