About Me

Hello!
My name is Hannah and I am currently a year 10 student at Pimlico State High School. We are currently learning about how much impact we have on climate change and how we can decrease the negative impact. We have been asked to share our point of view and knowledge on climate change. Though I currently don't know much about climate change I believe it exists and it is having an impact here in the Pacific (especially on the Pacific Islands).

My vision of a sustainable world is to have the right amount of food and service supplies to distribute to every country across the world, whilst figuring out a way to maintain the planet's health to be able to produce these products and services.
To make this vision a reality, I believe, each person should be given the right amount of what they need to live comfortably on; for example food and money and what they chose to do with the supplies given is their choice. There would only be limited amounts but it would be enough to get them started as sustainable citizens.

Colonisation has impacted us greatly, both in a negative and positive way. We have produced factories and housing industries in areas that were most likely more helpful in sustaining the planet. However, by doing this we have become more aware of how we should be taking care of our planet. This will and has helped us to become a more sustainable planet.
