It is possible to reduce in the matter of water and energy for we use exaggeratedly ,and without them we are nothing,because we use evertything ,we need to wash clothes ,for food ,personal hygiene ,for our well being or we are nothing without them.
I think that the possibilities of climate change are enourmes by the reduction of each person because if each one does his part ,in the reduction of water and energy ,at least he will have already mad a big difference.
