.What are the most revelant actions/targets proposed in SDG#13?

The fulfillment of the commitment to mobilize every year 100 billions
dollars for 2020 from the developed countries to the developing countries

.How do SDG#13 targets respond to the challenges created by the effects

of climate change in water in both indigenous and non-indigenous
communities?

The climate change seriously affects the production of food, for
example, crops, because a change in the climate may cause a drought,
or there is too much heat or in any case very cold, depending on what
type of plant is being cultivated, but it can also lead to many
uncontrollable rains and floods.

.What other areas do you think should be taken into account?

The Deforestation causes the reduction of CO2 capture which causes the
already well-known greenhouse effect.

.What elements would you incorporate if you had to build and

action/target that addressed water, Indigenous people, and
non-indigenous people. Provide a brief rationale that justifies each
element?

the rational use of water as well as its reuse in treatment plants, we
can also use rainwater. And do not contaminate the groundwater because
we do when throwing chemicals or cleaning products to the ground they
reach the channels of groundwater which can not be cleaned by
themselves because they are rest, so instead of 

contaminating them we must use them.
