The main goals or actions were that 143 parties ratified the Paris Accord, of which 137 parties (136 countries and the European Commission) communicated their first nationally determined contributions to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change secretariat. As of 20 April 2017, seven developing countries successfully concluded and presented the first iteration of their national adaptation plans in response to climate change. Developed countries pledged to jointly mobilize $ 100 billion a year by 2020 to meet the climate needs of developing countries and continue this level of support by 2025. Early efforts to mobilize resources for the Green Climate Fund raised $ 10,3 billion and developed countries the parties are strongly urged to increase their financial support.

SDG # 13 does not see an imminent solution. For example, the US does not have a national level-raising plan, no system for dealing with displaced persons. Even as the country's first refugees on climate change emerge within their own borders, the issue is far from over. The new president is not sure what the problem is, wavering between calling climate change "deception" invented by the Chinese or simply stating "no one really knows" if it exists.

Other areas that should be taken into consideration are the surrounding areas of the seas. With the melting of the glaciers, the sea level increases, thus causing many risks to the human population and also not human.

Well, to please everyone, everyone needs to act together and share the same ideas and wishes. To do that, you need to be aware of everyone, because everyone would be in the same situation and everyone wants to survive. To this end, governments would have to support the reception of indigenous peoples, along with the non-indigenous population, because indigenous peoples would need potable water, since their survival depended on water found in nature. But as we all know the water is not infinite, then there would have to be a rationing so that it would not run out, so there is a union among all.

Your first point details the critical targets of the SDG#13. that's so awesome.

I agree with your second paragraph. Do you mind telling us how that relates to water?

Great point, "the surrounding areas of the seas" be taking into consideration too. if left unattended, It can be devastating.

Well said, "there would have to be a rationing so that it would not run out, so there is a union among all".
