Hi Bruno,
The economic impacts of weather on agriculture is a great example. Would this result in any power imbalances between countries or within countries? Are there other examples of connections between Brazil's carbon footprint, climate, and economy?

Yes, because some countries take advantage of others, of course as imbalance of water and in others I do not know ;-;)
