Costa Rica. 1c. pre-conference

Sep 27, 2017 by heather mcphail

Greater the wealth the greater the footprint is generally the case, however you don’t want that, countries are trying to shift towards smaller footprints with the whole environmental movements. Costa Rica is known for being quite environmental ahead, but it’s also a country with not a lot of money, countries such as China have tremendous power but at the cost of their countries health, thus they are often criticized and judged. Greater wealth equals greater footprint, greater footprint means more conflicts among other countries.
