About Me

I am a PhD. student at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada and I come from Cuba. Although my background is in Meteorology, my PhD. research has been focused on look at the possible changes in the ocean induced by climate change. This is one of the motivations to help with this project, as I think that the most important thing about research, it is not just what happens inside the computer or the lab, but what we can do with our results to help other countries and communities around the world.
