I am Australian born and raised, originating for the Southernmost Regions of the country. I'm interested in sustainable agriculture and preserving food sources for future generations. I believe it is important to practice agriculture in a localised scale especially in places like Australia where food is often transported 100's of kilometres even though it could have been grown locally.
