About Me

Hi! I'm the Associate Director of Education and Research at the Centre for Global Education. I work to support Terry from Manchester, UK where I am a Lecturer and Researcher. I used to be a postdoctoral fellow at the Centre for Global Citizenship Education and Research at the University of Alberta. I completed my PhD on the intersections of multicultural and global citizenship education at University of Toronto in 2013. There, I was also a coordinator of the global citizenship and sustainable development cohort for teacher education (secondary panel). Previously, I was a high school teacher (in Toronto and in Campinas, Brazil). Most recently, I was a researcher and instructor in the education and globalisation graduate program in Oulu, Finland.
