LIVE from Cop: LIVE Conversation during Global Event
Terry Godwaldt | Nov 30, 2015 at 2:53 AM -
Dear teachers and students,
We would like to extend a warm welcome to the COP21 Interactive Video Conference. This conference is possible through the partnership of the Centre for Global Education and TakingITGlobal. We are so excited to have you engage in this interactive virtual classroom space ahead of the November 30th live event.
This space is populated with resources and learning activities to help to learn about climate change and the current policies/debates/controversies surrounding the issue. Now that you'ved joined the classroom, begin by saying hello in the Discussions section and feel free to contribute discussion threads and responses freely over the coming days. It would also be great if you could complete you TIG profile to help everyone get to know you better. In the Files section, you'll find additional videos and readings that may be of interest to you.
If you need assistance with the virtual classroom, e-mail education@takingitglobal.org for personalized help. If you have any further questions about this or any other Global Encounters video conference e-mail encounters@tiged.org.
We hope that you enjoy using this space to connect and share ahead of the first COPu20 video conference! And, once again, welcome! We look forward to getting to know you.
Warm regards,
~ The Global Encounters Team
