Hey Eedha,
I'm Maya from Calgary, Canada.
I see, through your Venn diagram, that you learned a lot about the impacts of climate change in Alaska, California and Argentina, and was able to compare and contrast those impacts. I actually had no idea that earthquakes are a common thing in Alaska. Although they aren't caused by climate change, they likely worsen some of the effects of climate change (environmental destruction, erosion, etc.); so I think it's vital that you brought that topic up. In addition, the idea of wildfires impacting both Argentina and California is a good connection and shows a specific way in which climate change is causing damage. I think the middle section of your Venn diagram, "destruction of wildlife and ecosystems", is incredibly important as this is the overarching impact of climate change. This destruction is what happens initially and leads to more problems (economic trouble, food insecurity, etc.) By putting that idea in the very center, you're really highlighting it which I think is important.
Good work!
Hi, I am a student from Calgary, Canada.
I would like to say even in Canada we face the issue of destruction of wildlife and ecosystem. We actually watch these issues happen right in front of us since Calgary is one of the cities that are very close to nature sources(lake losuis, and etc). For me personally, every year going back to Lake louis or Banff, opens my mind to the artificial man made nature they construct in front of our own eyes. although i would say this issues is not quite resevisble due to the economic demand for these places to be presentable to us.
Cheers from Canda:)
