'Turkish secondary girls school' (Palestine) Climate Change for Palestinians
According to the results of the questionnaire that I have shared with my friends and with some Palestinian people, most of the people think that climate change may not have a strong effect on our generation as it will have on the next generation.
And the opinions were divided; some people thought that this issue is really important and it could change the environmental situation of us and it could harm crops, weather conditions, floods... etc.
They think that we should act too fast and make it positive before it becomes really dangerous and unable to handle with. In addition to, we should stop all of the negative acts because they will affect the place we live in badly, and affect the work of farmers whose job is to produce the food that we eat. This could also increase the prices and the unhealthy food. It would also deprive next generations from having a healthy and pure life with no diseases or pollution.
While the other people thought that this issue is not as important as other issues like occupation, wars around the world, refugees, poverty.
Finally, 65.6% thought that climate change isn't an important issue in our country Palestine, as other political issues.
But all the opinions were the same on my two questions which were that 'Environmental pollution, world war and bombing tons of bombs' could affect on the weather and change it.
Well, I'm not surprised I was expecting opinion like those.
My two questions:
