Response To Environmental Question

Oct 20, 2015 by William Li

In social class, we are collaborating with students in Brazil to talk about climate change. I was chosen to answer the question, "What are your country's future plans, and what are the implications.

I think that Canada is going to cut down on its carbon dioxide emissions. The greenhouse gas effect is made up of a large amount of carbon dioxide. Canada can reduce the emissions by trying to switch to green resources for energy. We could replace coal plants with windmills to produce more wind energy. An ugly field is better than global warming, because at least organisms can survive with an ugly field. As well, methane can be and is used to create electricity. I think the implications of this method is that Canada realizes that climate change is inevitable and greenhouse gases can be reduced.
