About Me

I am Masoud Shabestary, 1st year PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering Dept at University of Alberta. I am a graduate student volunteer in providing the International White Paper on Climate Change and COP-21 collaboration program. From my childhood, I have participated in volunteer environmental activities collaborating with a nice local environmental-NGO in my hometown, Shabestar, Iran. Also, my PhD and MSc projects are tightly related to finding a way to motivate the industry and key energy players to shift the electricity generation trend towards the clean and renewable energies.
