How does the assigned UNFCCC relate to your country pairing? Part 1
Both countries (Brazil and Canada) have issues with government and first nation organisations. They often overlap opinions about environmental concerns. The government often are for the use of the environment while the first nations differ perspectives since they are for protecting the environment. For example the problem with the construction of the dam concerns the first nations because they are worried for the fact that it could destroy their heritage. The government is not concerned about the fact that they are erasing thousands of years of history from the world.
