• A) What is your vision for a sustainable world?

My vision of a sustainable world is a world with clean energy like solar panels, windmills, watermills, all things that produce energy that also don’t produce greenhouse gases. My vision also includes a world without corruption, greenhouse gases, and factories that produce the black smoke that slowly destroys the world. It also includes using sustainable resources. I also vision people powering gyms by using their workout to produce energy. The world I imagine would be similar to a utopia where there is no religious and racial difference. The citizens would reuse metals, wood, and energy.

• B) What are you planning to do to make this vision a reality?

I plan to encourage people not use fossil fuels and use clean energy to power all their machines and tools. I also want to innovate new things to help the world and my vision.

• C) What impact has colonization had on our journey to a sustainable planet?

The impact colonization had on our journey was devastating, for example when the Europeans first came to the Americas, they brought disease which wiped many Native American Tribes. When the Europeans started to claim the new land it eventually brought wars for example wars against the Native Americans, colonies fighting for independence, and countries split apart from slavery. All of those lives lost could have been used for something greater, although many of the wars made a difference in the world that was good. When the industrial age hit, everyone was building factories and manufactories which produced a lot of pollution and when you go to some big cities, you can tell that the air quality is much worse.
